📘 Instructions for Use

(Also refer to the instructions on the individual packaging)

• ✅ Make sure your hands are clean

• ✅ Roll the earplug between your thumb and index finger into a narrow cylindrical shape

• ✅ Gently pull up on your ear with one hand and insert the earplug with the other hand

• ✅ Hold the earplug in place for 30 to 40 seconds to allow it to expand and fit snugly in the ear canal

• ✅ To remove, twist gently and pull slowly to avoid damaging the eardrum
